Our Commitment to Your Happiness
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We provide a flexible return policy, allowing you up to 14 days or 250 miles from the delivery date to evaluate your purchase and decide whether you'd like to return or exchange it.
Easy Returns and Exchanges
To start a return or exchange, simply contact us via email by 5 PM PDT on the 14th day after your delivery date. Please note, the delivery date is considered Day 0.
Return Conditions
Returns cannot be accepted for items that have been altered, damaged, or involved in any accident. Items used as collateral for loans (encumbered items) are also excluded from returns.
